Opinion: A nightmare returns to Haiti

I agree with Jean-Claude Duvalier return to Haiti after fleeing the country in 1986. He was known in Haiti as the " Baby Doc". Further down the page in this article it says happy ends are hard to come by in Haiti right now. I some what agree with that statemeant since they have had those horrible earthquakes, it just seems like they cant get back on there feet no matter how hard they try. I honestly think we should Haiti a lot more to get them on there feet, that residents try to stave off hunger pangs with cakes made out of clay and seasoned with cubes of chicken or beef bouillon.
